Global Process Owner – Customer Lifecycle Management

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Owner to lead our Customer Lifecycle Management process, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business excellence.

About the Role: As the orchestrator of our Customer Lifecycle Management process, you will define its scope, uncover value for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, and champion the consistent implementation of processes. You will work closely with a network of sub-process owners and super-users to execute and ensure meticulous documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the scope of the Customer Lifecycle Management process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, policies, controls, and desktop procedures.
  • Support the implementation of consistent processes and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Establish metrics and review forums to manage ongoing process performance.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive process improvement and influence at executive level.

Requirements:

  • Business leader with experience in Sales & Marketing process management and process improvement.
  • Ability to influence at executive level and hold others accountable for compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
