Chocolate Production Specialist

As a key member of our Chocolate Manufacturing Team, you will be responsible for delivering the production plan as part of a high-performing team, proactively working to continuously improve performance to KPIs and ensuring that our products are produced in line with quality specifications while maintaining good manufacturing processes (GMP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously ensuring line efficiency.
  • Placing chocolate into trays and placing the trays into boxes.
  • Making pallets up with product.
  • Placing lids on boxes.
  • Putting inserts into trays.
  • Cleaning the lines.
  • Stacking product onto moveable trolleys.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety systems while championing a safe working culture and environment.
  • Working to and in line with production control systems.
  • Supporting Senior Operatives when setting up the line and line changes.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
  • Basic knowledge of KPIs.
  • Good written and verbal English.
