About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Metrics Production Lead to join our team in London. This role is responsible for the production, review, analysis, and certification of all prudential metrics allocated under UK CRR, covering Liquidity, Capital, Large Exposures, Leverage, and FINREP reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the production team in Bucharest, ensuring all processes have been correctly carried out and data quality checks performed. They will also be responsible for investigating any issues identified and ensuring business validation is obtained, and reconciliations and control frameworks are in place and completed ahead of submission.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Detailed knowledge of UK CRR – Liquidity, Solvency, and FINREP.
  • Thorough knowledge of balance sheet modelling and impacts upon regulatory metrics.
  • Strong accounting knowledge.
  • Good communication skills and relationship facility in teamwork.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
