About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Executive to join our team at Havas Entertainment. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate campaign briefings and trackers
* Update relevant documents to ensure stakeholders are informed
* Work with internal departments to develop clear rationales and media plans
* Adapt and update media plans based on client feedback
* Lead campaign implementation, including tagging and reporting requirements
* Ensure client requirements are met, including contact reports and online status reports
* Complete finance documents, including reconciliations and finance trackers
