Environmental Enforcement Officer Role

Are you passionate about protecting the environment and ensuring public safety? Do you enjoy working outdoors and interacting with the community? We are seeking an Environmental Enforcement Officer to join our team at Apcoa Parking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce environmental laws and regulations to protect the local area from litter, dog fouling, and other breaches.
  • Issue tickets and notices to individuals who breach environmental laws.
  • Monitor and report on environmental issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and other agencies to address environmental issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with the public to promote environmental awareness.

Requirements:

  • Experience in enforcement work or a related field.
  • Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid full clean driving license.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.
  • 40 hours per week, working any 5 from 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • 28 days annual leave, including 8 Bank Holidays.
