About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Priory Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with their daily lives, promoting independence and well-being
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Help with meal preparation and serving
- Engage residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
