Job Role Overview

This is a night support worker role within the Priory Group, a leading provider of healthcare and education services. As a Support Worker, you will be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build good relationships with service users and their families, supporting them in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible.
  • Provide personal care and support service users in their daily activities, including participation in leisure activities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans, ensuring that service users receive the best possible support.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that service users receive comprehensive care and support.

Requirements

  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • The compassion and patience needed to support service users with complex needs.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including night shifts, to meet the needs of our service users.
