Computer Vision Solutions Engineer

As an AI Vision Project Coordinator at viso.ai, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring seamless delivery of our AI vision solutions.
This exciting role offers an estimated salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum. You will have the chance to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, collaborating with our product team to resolve complex technical issues, create custom demos, and develop comprehensive documentation for clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients and partners to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Providing expert guidance on the implementation of our AI vision solutions.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Conducting training sessions to empower clients with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully adopt and integrate our solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing support role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and basic networking knowledge.
- Basic knowledge about IP cameras and experience with creating technical documentation.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Python programming.
