Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and development within the existing business, as well as assisting with future technical projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical direction and support to ensure compliance with legislation
- Coordinate regular testing of products to identify and address faults, providing evaluations to improve their quality
- Develop and update technological processes for production
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to parameters and specifications
- Develop improvement plans for products and processes, analysing data to identify areas for enhancement
- Conduct research and development work in laboratories and production facilities
- Utilise company manufacturing systems to maintain accurate written and electronic records
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level in Chemistry or Materials Science
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in implementing ideas to simplify and improve business processes
- Good understanding of IT systems and excellent Excel skills
