**Job Summary:**

As a Product Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and development within the existing business, as well as assisting with future technical projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with legislation
* Coordinate regular testing of products to identify and address faults, providing evaluations to improve their quality
* Develop and update technological processes for production
* Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation
* Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to parameters and specifications
* Develop improvement plans for products and processes, analysing data to identify areas for enhancement
* Conduct research and development work in laboratories and production facilities
* Utilise company manufacturing systems to maintain accurate written and electronic records

**Requirements:**

* Educated to degree level in Chemistry or Materials Science
* Demonstrable problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in implementing ideas to simplify and improve business processes
* Good understanding of IT systems and excellent Excel skills
