About the RoleWe are looking for experienced Bank Registered Nurses to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver person-centered care, ensuring the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents are met.
As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to our residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure the ongoing needs of our residents are met
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
