About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Test Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing our state-of-the-art products and associated test equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and analyze schematics, layouts, BOMs, and other essential diagnostic documentation to identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement effective test strategies and methodologies to ensure high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve product-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve test methodologies and product quality.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of electronics, electrical engineering, and test methodologies.
  • Proficiency in EPROM programming, PIC, FPGA, and software development principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
