PLC and Robotics Engineer

Job Summary: Verto People is seeking a highly skilled PLC and Robotics Engineer to join our team in Norwich. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering work packages that contribute to successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum HND or foundation degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should have a solid understanding of PLC and servo motion code, robot control code, and HMI code, as well as experience in completing factory acceptance testing, commissioning, and site acceptance testing.
We are offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits including a pension scheme and 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays). The role also includes opportunities for international travel.
The PLC and Robotics Engineer will be responsible for producing, installing, and commissioning PLC and servo motion code to suit machine specifications, as well as producing, installing, and commissioning robot control code and HMI code to suit machine specifications.
