We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Accounts Assistant Manager to join our team at Connells Group. As a key member of our Client Accounting team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that the department is operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Client Accounting team to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that deadlines are met.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the needs of clients are met and that the department is operating effectively.
- Contribute to the development of the department's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in a client-facing environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
