As the Head of Risk Settlement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver good value to stakeholders while maintaining effective and efficient processes that meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of 'End Game' solutions to support closed sections' long-term goals of run-off, buy-in, and/or buy-out.
  • Ensure that risk settlement transactions deliver good value to stakeholders while meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the integrated delivery of long-term goals across all relevant Railpen teams.
  • Provide regulated advice related to insurance transactions and Trustee Boards.
  • Engage with employers and Trustees to deliver broader end-game solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivery on risk settlement transactions, including buy-ins and buy-outs.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing insurance deals from start to finish, ensuring good value, stakeholder needs, regulatory requirements, and timely completion.
  • Qualifications in delivering regulated advice related to risk settlement transactions and Trustee Boards.
  • Strong employer engagement and Trustee delivery skills.
