We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at the LVMH Group. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and efficient payroll services to our organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in in-house payroll processing and hold relevant qualifications or be studying towards them. Strong team working experience is essential, along with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and V lookups.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Timely Payroll Processing: Meet strict deadlines for monthly payroll processing, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build Relationships with HR Teams: Foster positive relationships with HR teams across the business, promoting seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain High Accuracy Levels: Ensure precise calculation and processing of payroll payments, adjustments, and deductions.
  • Expertise in Statutory Payments: Process statutory payments, including SSP, SMP, SPP, and SAP, accurately and efficiently.
  • Support the Wider HR Team: Assist with payroll-related queries as required, providing expertise and guidance.
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
