Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Head-hunter, responsible for business development, client relationship management, deal origination, and execution. This role offers a unique chance to gain exposure to the full head-hunting lifecycle and take on responsibility for managing relationships and developing profit streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Negotiate and manage complex deals, ensuring successful outcomes for both parties.
  • Provide expert advice to high-end clients on optimizing business performance.
  • Develop and implement market analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Engage key stakeholders through presentations, face-to-face interviews, and expert market insights.
Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive compensation package with estimated annual earnings ranging from £40,000 to £60,000 in the first year, increasing to £80,000+ OTE in the second year, and £150,000+ in the third year. The package also includes comprehensive training, excellent earning potential, fast-track career progression, and a dynamic work environment.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2:1 degree holder (school leavers welcome).
  • Strong time management, efficiency, and work ethic skills.
  • Excellent communication and sales abilities.
  • Advantageous to have sales or business development experience.
  • Highly motivated individuals with a strong desire for career advancement.
