Job Summary

The Departmental Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the department. Key responsibilities include managing diaries and schedules, responding to phone calls and emails, updating databases, and performing various administrative tasks.

Main Duties:
  1. Coordinating the daily activities of the team
  2. Managing diaries and schedules for the team
  3. Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases
  5. Carrying out other administrative duties as required
