Pastoral Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant to join our team at Exmouth Community College. As a key member of the Pastoral Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and pastoral care of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Head of Year to ensure the well-being and academic success of students in their year group.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
- Support students in developing their personal skills and achieving their full potential.
- Monitor and improve student attendance and punctuality.
- Collaborate with the Inclusion Team to identify and address any barriers to student success.
