About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Thetford, Norfolk. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the warehouse, fill levels, and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop team members to achieve highest standards in replenishment shifts
  • Ensure efficient delivery and receipt of stock
  • Support the delivery of promotional seasonal activity
  • Operate and maintain processes to ensure store compliance with all legal requirements
  • Ensure the store is presentable, has full availability, and provides excellent customer service
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance
