Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Plymouth City Centre (Sutton Harbour). As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm welcome for our guests.

About the Role
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including making cocktails and serving meals.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
