Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Bupa Global. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, inspiring and developing them every day.
Key Responsibilities- Unit Leadership: Take day-to-day responsibility for running a unit, ensuring seamless operations and high standards of care.
- Clinical Support: Assist the nurse with clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate record keeping.
- Team Management: Drive and manage a team of Care Assistants, including shift handovers, training, and supervision of new staff members.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external teams, such as GPs and District Nurses.
- Personal Care: Assist residents with a range of personal care duties, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained.
