Marketing Coordinator UKI

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Marketing Coordinator to join our UKI Marketing team in Penrith. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales organization and driving local marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and events.
- Support the launch of new products and services, including email marketing, online advertising, and social media promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute dealer marketing initiatives and tools.
- Localize and validate marketing materials received from Global Marketing.
- Coordinate and participate in tradeshows and events, ensuring objectives and goals are met.
- Manage local marketing inventory, including brochures, POS, and merchandise.
- Monitor and track KPIs, working towards a higher ROMI and communicating marketing performance to commercial functions.
- Degree in Marketing with relevant work experience as a generalist marketeer.
- Experience in a B2B environment in a global organization is an advantage.
- Interest in gaining experience with digital tools, including CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation, and PowerBi.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded and driven.
- Project Management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work to a high standard to meet deadlines.
