Unlock Your Potential as a Senior CAE Engineer

Maya HTT is seeking a highly skilled Senior CAE Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality CAE solutions to our clients. Your expertise in FEA simulation software systems, such as SC03, will enable you to perform thermo-mechanical, linear, and non-linear structural analysis for gas turbine design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and troubleshoot software defects
  • Participate in new feature development through design, programming, and testing
  • Become proficient in the delivery of existing training courses and eventually become the tutor for these courses
  • Work onsite at customers' facilities in Bristol 4 days per week

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or other related fields with an emphasis on CAE or simulation
  • Background in numerical methods for structural or thermal analysis, including knowledge of finite element (FE) methods
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAE platforms and engineering processes
  • Analytical and software programming skills, with experience in Fortran programming
  • Experience with CAD/CAE APIs, is a strong asset
  • Experience with DevOps tools is a plus
