Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at EE Retail. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Foster a culture of excellence, motivate and develop your team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on new retail opportunities, implement effective sales strategies, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the store is run efficiently, maintain high standards of visual merchandising, and implement processes to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver a world-class customer experience, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer feedback is acted upon.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with regional managers, franchise owners, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and share best practices.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer behavior.
  • Coaching and Development: Ability to coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
