Pizza Pilgrims is a dynamic and award-winning pizzeria chain with a passion for delivering exceptional Neapolitan-style pizzas. We're seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive our culinary excellence.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of skilled chefs to create delicious pizzas and maintain high food quality standards.
  • Develop and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards and customer expectations.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, stock control, and health and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with our Pizza Academy team to develop and deliver training programs for our chefs.
  • Work closely with our restaurant managers to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £35,500 - £45,000 per annum.
  • A tronc starting at £7,000 annually, with the possibility for more.
  • A 45-hour week over 5 days, with opportunities for career development and growth.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days' holiday, plus an extra day for every year of service (up to 5 years).
  • A range of perks, including free food and espresso, team trips to Naples, and a bonus for referring friends.
