Role Overview:
In collaboration with our esteemed clients, we are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our exceptional team, known for producing remarkable dishes using the finest and freshest ingredients.
- The Executive Chef will strategize, organize, and oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that our reputation for quality is consistently upheld with customers and clients.
- Assume responsibility for food production with a hands-on approach.
- Boost sales through centrally driven menu planning, promotions, and preferred suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, including HS and COSHH.
- Implement and maintain food monitoring procedures to facilitate budget control and monitor kitchen costs against agreed budgets.
