About the RoleThis full-time (37 hours per week) position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Your primary focus will be on aligning both 'hard' elements (structures, processes) and 'soft' elements (culture, values, behaviours) to improve performance and support our organisation's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and evaluate OD strategies that drive overall effectiveness and performance using the full consultancy cycle.
- Lead organisational and behavioural interventions such as change management processes, leadership development, and cultural change initiatives.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve and refine OD initiatives.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a degree in Organisational Development, HR, Psychology, or equivalent experience. If you have a passion for driving transformative change and enhancing organisational effectiveness, we encourage you to apply.
