We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bodyshop Estimator to join our team at Stephen James Group. As a Bodyshop Estimator, you will be responsible for providing a courteous and efficient estimating and reception service for the Bodyshop department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess Bodyshop, S.M.A.R.T Repairs, and extended warranties to customers
  • Record a list of damages to the customers' vehicles
  • Use Audatex to calculate costs and the time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally
  • Liaise and negotiate repair approvals with insurance engineers and customers
  • Complete job packs and prepare invoices in an accurate and timely manner
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate credibly with our customers
  • Ability to develop rapport and trust with customers and to resolve conflict situations calmly and reasonably
  • Work to high standards, be self-motivated, and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Proven experience working in a similar role in a busy Bodyshop centre, preferably with Audatex accreditation
  • Valid clean UK Driving Licence and eligibility to work in the UK
