About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC engineer to join our team as an assessor. As an assessor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting 30 apprentices as they pursue their HVAC qualifications. This is a fantastic opportunity to transition into a new career path and work with the next generation of HVAC engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service and maintenance engineering, as well as experience working with apprentices. We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and training, and who can provide guidance and support to our apprentices as they progress through their qualifications.

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £39,004 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a pension plan, training opportunities, and 45 days of annual leave. Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Mentoring and guiding 30 apprentices as they progress through their HVAC qualifications
  • Developing and implementing assessment plans to ensure that apprentices meet the required standards
  • Providing regular feedback and support to apprentices to help them improve their skills and knowledge
