About the Role

As a TMT Associate at Venari Legal, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the UK's key TMT teams based in Glasgow. You will be involved in innovative work, collaborating with clients across various sectors.

This role is ideal for someone who is excited about contributing to their growth as well as helping develop the team. You will have the chance to:

  • Advise on market-leading TMT projects and transactions for clients across the UK and internationally.
  • Build and maintain client relationships with a good level of client contact.
  • Contribute to business development, raising your own profile and supporting the continued growth of the practice.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and raise the profile of the firm externally.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in non-contentious TMT work, including commercial contracts, technology contracts, outsourcing, intellectual property, and data privacy.

A strong contract drafting and negotiation skills are required, along with experience working on similar work for sophisticated clients. Providing client seminars and training, advanced legal research skills, and contributing to business development activities are also essential.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000+
