About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Handler/Administrator to join our team at Agricultural Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our Farm Team, you will be responsible for managing the technical administration of various insurance policies, handling new business, renewals, adjustments, claims, queries, premium financing, broking, and payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical administration of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle new business, renewals, adjustments, claims, queries, premium financing, broking, and payments with a high level of professionalism.
  • Support colleagues and client outcomes using technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Execute tasks efficiently, liaise with insurers, and keep clients informed of progress.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Address complaints and resolve issues in accordance with regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Insurance industry experience with knowledge of various products is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficient in computer literacy and numeracy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
