Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Account Handler/Administrator to join our team at Agricultural Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our Farm Team, you will be responsible for managing the technical administration of various insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical administration of various insurance policies, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Handle new business, renewals, adjustments, claims, queries, premium financing, broking, and payments, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support colleagues and client outcomes using technical knowledge, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Execute tasks efficiently, liaise with insurers, and keep clients informed, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Address complaints and concerns in accordance with regulations and company policies, ensuring a positive client experience.
Requirements
  • Insurance industry experience with knowledge of various products is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficient in computer literacy and numeracy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
