About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about retail and has a strong desire to progress their career. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
