Main Responsibilities

  • Offer general assistance to the practice team and project a positive image to patients and visitors.
  • Greet patients at the reception desk and deal with their enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Make, alter and update appointments for patients on the computer systems according to set protocols.
  • Assist with patients enquiries on the telephone in a professional manner.
  • Accurately extract and re-file patient records as and when required.
  • Handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide holiday and sickness cover for the reception team.
  • Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice.
