Job Title: Parts Manager

Description:

The Solution Automotive Limited is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead the parts department in their Preston branch. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory management, supplier relationships, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
  • Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of technicians and sales staff to achieve business objectives

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
