About the RoleIn this key role, you will play a pivotal role in all of our operations at Ocado, providing essential administrative support across various functions. You'll collaborate closely with our dedicated People Partners, dynamic Recruitment teams, and innovative Rewards & Benefits team. Together, we'll create an exceptional workplace experience and contribute to our mission of excellence.
Responsibilities- End to end case management and problem solving
- Providing regular support and updates to our People Advisors & People Partners
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Liaising with key stakeholders within the business
- Have an administrative background, with experience in handling requests from internal and external parties
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to multi-task and work in a busy and pressurised environment
- Keen to develop their knowledge of HR
- Have the ability to organise their workload to meet tight deadlines
- Possess fantastic attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Experience using HRIS systems, i.e. Workday
- Experience of google drive or microsoft office applications
