Maintenance Specialist, Plumbing and Heating

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team as a Plumbing and Heating Maintenance Technician.
Main Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned maintenance activities on plumbing and heating systems
* Diagnose and repair faults on a wide variety of plants, including water heaters, calorifiers, motors, circulating heating pumps, vented and unvented systems, boilers, fans, drives, ground and air source heating systems
* Take on additional responsibilities for Legionella management
* Ensure all health and safety obligations are met and coordinated with the project delivery team
* Ensure sites are maintained in a clean manner at all times
* Produce, manage and maintain critical spares lists
* Support the Estates Manager with the development of process and procedures
Requirements:
* NVQ or City & Guilds certification in a relevant category
* Working knowledge of plumbing, heating, ventilation, F-Gas and refrigeration
* Mechanical maintenance engineering experience
* Gas safe trained
* Renewable energy installation and maintenance experience
* Possession of a full UK driving licence is essential
* Knowledge of hot and cold water systems
* Good computer literacy skills
* Knowledge of LEV systems is beneficial
* Application of good fault finding and communication skills are essential
