Electrical Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Electricians to join our client's team as Electrical Trainers. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your career portfolio and help others develop their skills.

As an Electrical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering technical training to external engineers in the electrical sector. You will work with a growing team to develop and deliver training programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical training in electrical engineering to external engineers
  • Manage and support the learning journey of engineer training groups
  • Meet performance targets for success rates and timely skills and qualification attainment
  • Administer training, assessment, and internal qualification processes

Requirements:

  • Established Electrician with experience in training and development
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
