About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Improvement Professional to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business improvement initiatives and leading project teams to deliver results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple phases of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Map and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for technological and process enhancements
  • Gather and review business requirements, producing detailed specification documents
  • Lead workshops to create detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements
  • Assist and supervise team contribution, ensuring complete requirement coverage
  • Apply standards and methodologies, providing expertise and support on methods and tools
  • Conduct needs analysis, task planning, process/data analysis, and modelling with relational databases
  • Identify and assess project risks, agreeing the project approach with stakeholders
  • Track activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement
Requirements
  • Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent client-facing skills, people management skills, and team work/ emotional intelligence
  • Good self-management, innovative approach, and high value on openness and transparency
  • Experience working with Target Operating Models, strong process mapping experience, and knowledge of business analysis methodologies
  • Proven ability in assuring project meets quality standards, providing guidance and developing procedures
