Medlock Partners are proud to be partnering with a leading mechanical and engineering business that supports the construction industry, to recruit a Regional HR Advisor.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our client's team as a Regional HR Advisor. Based in Greater Manchester, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support across the North West, North East & Midlands regions.
Your primary goal will be to ensure effective HR practices are implemented, managed, and maintained across the region, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice.
You will work closely with the Regional HR Business Partner to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes that drive employee engagement, productivity, and performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, legislation, and best practices, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
