Medlock Partners: A Collaborative Opportunity

Up to £40,000 plus discretionary annual bonus, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

We are partnering exclusively with a reputable nationwide manufacturing business in identifying an experienced Senior HR Advisor for their Regional People Team. As a key member of this team, you will lead on Employee Relations casework and develop Operational Managers to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to people managers, providing guidance on HR matters.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
  • Support people managers with employee relation matters.
  • Provide guidance in accordance with legal requirements and commercial needs.
  • Maintain awareness of current HR legislative requirements.
  • Develop and deliver HR training courses alongside the Learning & Development Team.
Requirements:
  • Experienced HR Generalist with knowledge of employment law and legislation.
  • Strong understanding of policy development and implementation.
  • Car ownership and driving ability required due to regional role.
