Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support customers with shopping, meal preparation, and domestic cleaning.
  • Prompt customers with medication and provide emotional support.
  • Help customers maintain their independence and engage in social activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in health and social care.
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and reliable.
  • Caring and sensitive towards customers.
  • Flexible and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
