Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Time Management Specialist to join our team at Talent Rockit Ltd. As a key member of the HR Admin team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the site management team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of all HR and payroll functions.

Your primary duties will include implementing and driving all HR and people management agendas, controlling time and attendance anomalies, holidays, sickness, and overtime, and communicating with Group HR and Payroll as required. This role offers a competitive salary of £25-£33,000 per annum and requires occasional travel to another site in the Midlands.
