Site Maintenance Specialist

Cavendish Professionals is currently seeking an experienced Site Maintenance Specialist to join a long-term project in Luton. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of site experience and excellent communication skills.
This is a rewarding opportunity for an Experienced Handy Person who is passionate about delivering high-quality work on various sites across the region. With our well-established clients, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise while working in a dynamic team environment.
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Tradesperson to join our Cavendish Professionals team. As a Site Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various structures and equipment, ensuring that all works are completed to a high standard.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CSCS card - Essential
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
