Senior Night Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at The Radley Care Home in Borehamwood. As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough handovers to ensure all residents are accounted for at the start and end of the shift.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere within the home.
  • Support the training and development of all staff members.
  • Ensure the implementation and monitoring of our in-house training program.
  • Provide personal care and support to residents while promoting their independence.
  • Conduct regular checks throughout the night to meet individual resident needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of NVQ Level 2, working towards NVQ Level 3 or above.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor staff.
  • Effective communication and interaction skills.
