Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cardiac Rehabilitation CNS to join our dynamic team at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality cardiac rehabilitation services to patients following myocardial infarction, cardiac surgery, coronary angioplasty, and other cardiac conditions.

Main Responsibilities

The Cardiac Rehabilitation CNS will facilitate outpatient exercise and information programs, conduct clinical consultations, and collect data using the NACR database. They will also work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse
  • Post-registration Cardiology qualification (desirable)
  • Current driving license/own transport
  • Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values
  • Cardiology experience
