Graduate Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate to join our team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Richmond. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Graduate from a Russell Group University to gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning and delivery
  • Work with students to develop their academic and social skills, as well as provide behavioural support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the school

Requirements:

  • At least a 2:1 degree from a Russell Group University
  • Resilience and enthusiasm, with a passion for working with students
  • Aspirations to learn from experienced colleagues and develop your skills in the education sector

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £475-£550 per week, inclusive of holiday pay
  • A long-term contract starting in October 2024, with potential for further employment
  • The opportunity to work with a supportive and experienced team, with opportunities for career progression
