As an Estate Agent at Logic Resourcing, you will play a crucial role in the sales process, assisting clients from initial inquiries to property viewings and negotiations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting thorough property viewings and providing valuable information to potential buyers
  2. Negotiating offers and ensuring seamless transactions through to completion
  3. Maintaining strong communication with buyers, vendors, and solicitors to guarantee efficient dealings
  4. Providing exceptional customer service to all clients
  5. Staying up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities to remain competitive

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a customer-focused role, excellent communication skills, and strong administration abilities. A full driving license with own transport is also essential.

Key Highlights:

  • Salary: £11 per hour
  • Location: Milton
  • Travel expenses paid for business miles
  • Company-contributed pension scheme
