Production Operative Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Production Operatives in 2025 Daventry. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as material handling, assembling components, drilling and sawing, preserving, semi-automatic brazing of assemblies, spot welding, setting and operating tapping machines, and operating robotic welders.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. You should have a positive attitude and be able to bring a good energy to a collaborative team environment. If you are methodical and precise in your work, we encourage you to apply.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour, temporary to permanent opportunities after 12 successful weeks, and the chance to be part of a company renowned for its expertise in fabricated metal products industry.
